The firm wrote that as global auto demand recovers, the company could generate close to $900 million in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization. Citi also said past overhangs for the stock "have been addressed by Lear's impressive backlog growth and latest capital expenditure projections." Shares of Lear rose 1.3 percent at $70.23. The company said it prefers larger-cap companies with a procedural rather than capital equipment orientation in the medical device sector in 2010.
